Through a structured two-day Strategic Planning Retreat, ByrneAllen helps you and your board of directors develop a realistic, multi-year operational and fundraising plan that takes into account the operational goals and fundraising realities of your organization and your community.
Whether your organization requires a new facility, wants to expand your corporate recruitment / economic development activities, or needs to fund a specific community development project, our extensive experience helps you structure an operational plan that will receive maximum financial and community support from your community. A comprehensive written plan is presented to your board of directors within two weeks of the Strategic Planning Retreat.
Comprehensive Feasibility Study:
If your organization is ready to move forward with a campaign to fund an existing detailed, multi-year strategic plan, ByrneAllen is ready to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study. Because ByrneAllen fundraising campaigns are different, our feasibility study must be more comprehensive than the traditional 25-35 interviews conducted by most "fundraising consultants".
ByrneAllen conducts 80-100 (or more) one-on-one, face-to-face confidential interviews with local business, foundation, civic and opinion leaders. Based on these interviews, ByrneAllen evaluates and measures your community's philosophical and potential financial support for your proposed plan.
At the conclusion of our study, we detail our findings and recommendations in a written report that includes a campaign goal that ByrneAllen will guarantee to raise.
Fundraising Campaign & Guaranteed Fundraising Goal:
Following the two-month study, your organization is under no obligation to engage ByrneAllen for a fundraising campaign. If your organization elects to move forward with a fundraising campaign, ByrneAllen will guarantee to raise the campaign goal through one-on-one solicitation meetings with potential investors over an eight-month campaign. At the conclusion of the campaign, ByrneAllen invests in your chamber by making a multi-year financial commitment to the campaign.
